of great stuff on it for enhancing your overall computing experience.
Unfortunately, we have discovered some installation-related errors.
The good news is that your HP Support Team is on the case and has
found a solution.

After loading the bonus software that came with your HP DeskJet 697C,
you may have experienced error messages pointing to the MFC42.dll and
MHPEBD.dll files. This problem has generally been found with our
customers who have Windows 95, 98 or NT 4.0 on their computers.

As a result, you may not be able to run some of your favorite
